Our Qualifications

Jim Juengling, Principal of Juengling & Associates, has been in the business of specializing in employee and executive benefit consulting for over 40 years.  Jim holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations of The American College Bryn Mawr, PA.

Jim is a member and past president of the American Society of Financial Professionals - Illinois Suburban Chapter and a member, past president, and ethics chairman of the local chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He is also a member of NAPA (National Association of Plan Advisors), SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management), MDRT* (Million Dollar Round Table), and the Fox Valley Estate Planning Council. Jim has addressed numerous groups including True Value and various chapters of The Executive Committee based in San Diego, CA on the subject of Executive Benefits, Retirement Planning and Estate Planning.
